The Team plan is perfect for collaborative groups of 5 users or more who need to share insights and track performance together. It's built for product teams, user research groups, and customer success departments that rely on shared knowledge to move faster.

2. Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?

Yes. We believe in flexibility. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time directly from your account settings. There are no long-term contracts, and any changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle.

4. What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll notify you immediately and give you a grace period to update your billing information. During this time, your account remains active so you don’t lose access.
